Employees may use this number to send receipt images by SMS/MMS for internal accounting, recordkeeping, and expense verification. Engelsen Frame & Moulding may reply with administrative questions or confirmations related to receipt submission, receipt classification, business purpose, or expense verification.
Employees opt in to this program by texting JOIN to (727) 606-9777.
After opting in, employees may receive SMS/MMS messages from Engelsen Frame & Moulding related to internal employee expense receipt submission and verification. Messages may include:
- Receipt status confirmations
- Requests to resend unreadable receipt images
- Questions about whether an expense was for fuel, food, lodging, supplies, or another business purpose
- Questions needed to reconcile or verify company credit card expenses
Message frequency varies based on company card activity and is sent as needed. Message and data rates may apply.
Employees may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Employees may reply HELP for help.
Employees who opt out of the Employee Receipt SMS/MMS Program may submit receipts through an approved alternative method.
This program is not used for marketing, promotions, public customer messaging, lead generation, or third-party data sharing.
